Branding, a thought

In my last post I said, “I want to dominate the jam market in Korea“. That remains true.

But how?

I believe the first step is to build the brand.

Alex Hormozi says, “Branding is a deliberate pairing of things through an outcome”.

He uses Coca-Cola as an example. Coca-Cola and drinking it will equal yum. That’s the brand right there. Coca-Cola (thing one) + drinking it (thing two) = yum.

We can make that even simpler:

Thing + Experience = Feeling

The simple version would be Coca-Cola + Drinking = Refreshed.

I don’t know if we should have one or more but I think a good place to start is:

chezous crepe + eating it = “this was made with intention” / “they put a lot of thought into this”
chezous space + being here = “I belong here”
chezous staff + interaction = “they actually care about me”

I don’t think this is perfect but it’s a start…
