Note to new hires

Here’s the truth, we’re building something that no one has ever done before. That means we’re in a constant state of exploration and trial and error. That means we are going to fail. You are going to fail. And you will fail daily. But the rate that you fail and then learn from these failures, is the rate that we’ll reach our goal and vision.

We are not creating success, we’re finding it – it already exists. But between us and success is a massive mountain of failure as big as you can imagine. And the thing is, all we have to do it go through it.

So, whether you’re comfortable with it or not, get ready to fail.
